Owner, Vicki Clair has been a practicing witch for the last 19 years. In naming the business, she was inspired by both her spirituality and her passion for Middle Eastern dance. In the Middle East there is a tradition of naming the wells located at the many desert oasis,’ as well as, healing wells dedicated to many Goddesses located throughout the world plus, Las Vegas is in the desert, thus the name.
In addition to being a business owner, Vicki is the proud mother of 4 children and enjoys a marriage to her soulmate, John. Her business experience is primarily in sales and marketing, giving her the basis for running a successful small business. Vicki has been the leader of a coven for the past 12 years and is a High Priestess in her family tradition. She is also an Elder in Covenant of the Goddess, an international organization.
Manager, Tami Grathwohl is Vicki’s daughter, making this a family owned and operated business. Tami was raised as a pagan witch and is an Elder in her family tradition and in Covenant of the Goddess. Not only does she manage the day to day operations, she also teaches Paganism 101 and helps conduct rituals and other events at Well of the Moon. Tami also contributes her creativity and interest in the arts . Her business background is in retail sales and marketing.
Assistant Manager, Ayrion Frank is a Norse pagan. He has a strong interest in runes, astrology and numerology and teaches mini-workshops on all these topics. He is a long time resident of Las Vegas. With Tami, he lends a creative element to the business and can often be seen wearing one of his homemade kilts.
